ANNA's NEW MOM OVERNIGHT OATS

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)
  • 3/4 cup organic oats
  • 3 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop of Seedlyfe New Mom powder
  • 1/4 cup of water
 
Add coconut milk to mason jar then add all dry ingredients. Top off with water and then mix all ingredients thoroughly with a spoon. Place in fridge overnight. If you prefer the recipe less dry add more milk or water
