VITAMIN C IMMUNE BOOSTING SMOOTHIE

Try this immune boosting smoothie recipe - specifically high in vitamin C
 
  • 1 scoop of Seedlyfe blend of choice
  • Handful of strawberries
  • ½ cup of orange juice (fresh squeezed best) or whole orange if easier
  • ½ cup of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 kale leaf (remove stem)
  • ¼ cup of Yogurt of choice (for probiotics)
 
Blend with a handful of ice and enjoy!
