Lori Bregman is a world known celebrity doula, life and women’s wellness, empowerment coach. She is the author of “ The mindful mom to Be” and her new book, “ Mamaste” is set to launch spring of 2019. Lori works with women throughout all stages of their personal transformation from fertility through pregnancy, into motherhood and beyond. She is unique in her innate ability to blend spiritual coaching, healing and intuition which are fully integrated into her Doula and coaching practice . Throughout her career, Lori has studied with and learned from some of the most renowned healers and spiritual teachers across the world. These teachers have shared with her their wisdom, from spirituality, intuition, body/mind awareness, herbs/vitamins, aromatherapy oils and the healing power of foods to doula work, bodywork, yoga, nutrition and numerous other forms of holistic healing.
Anna Rawson is a world known Australian professional golfer, new mother and businesswoman. Anna won a NCAA championship at the University of Southern California and competed on the LPGA and Ladies European tour. During her time as a professional golfer Anna worked with some of the leading health and nutrition experts to help maximize performance. Anna quickly learned the better she felt the better she performed and became extremely passionate about health and nutrition. Anna retired from full-time playing at the end of 2010 and received her MBA from Columbia where she focused on VC/Entrepreneurship.
JESSICA DIAMOND, MPH, RDN
Jessica Diamond, MPH, RDN is a renowned dietitian nutritionist that specializes in maternal, infant and child nutrition. She graduated with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Public Health at UCLA followed by her dietetic internship at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. With over 10 years of experience as a nutrition and wellness expert, Jessica works with moms-to-be, new moms, infants and children on all aspects of nutrition and eating behaviors using a whole food foundation. With her warm and compassionate personality, Jessica has successfully transformed families eating behaviors and relationship with food to foster healthier women, children, and families.
