PMS Spa Smoothie

  • 1 Scoop of Seedlyfe PMS smoothie blend
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1-2 tbsp Chia Seed

  • Squeeze juice of Lemon

  • Handful Spinach

  • 1 small persian cucumber

  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves

  • 1.5 cups unsweetened nut milk

    How To:

    Blend until desired texture is reached, optional add ice and blend again.
