Pregnancy heartburn relieving smoothie recipe

  • 1 scoop of seedlyfe pregnancy blend
  • 1½ cup Ripe Papaya,
  • 1/2 Frozen Banana, sliced
  • 1 cup of almond or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Organic Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 2 mint springs
  • 1 squeeze of a fresh lemon wedge
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Ice
 
Blend and garnish with some mint.

Hello, I cannot see the ingredients. It just says blend and garnish with mint??
