Find a wall space … place either a bolster, a few folded blankets or a couple of pillows a few inches from the wall.
Lay with you legs up the wall for 10-20 min 2 times a day .
During this time you can deep belly breathe into your uterus and pelvic area, inhaling healing energy, peace, calm into your baby then exhaling as your whole body relaxes and softens to receive as you release any stress, blocks, past disappointments or tension that you might be holding in this area.
Arms are open to receive , surrender and allow healing .
